Our Story
ProFix Appliance Repair New Jersey started in 2008 with a single technician and a used service van. Salvatore Greco had spent years around his family's trade business repairing appliances and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched ProFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork.
Today ProFix Appliance Repair New Jersey is New Jersey's trusted appliance repair company, with a team of factory-trained technicians covering every zip code in the area.
ProFix founded by Salvatore Greco in New Jersey, NJ — 1 technician, 1 van.
Expanded to cover all of New Jersey. Hired first two technicians.

Salvatore grew up around his uncle's HVAC business in Newark and learned appliance repair on the side, eventually founding ProFix NJ to bring that same trade-family reliability to a dedicated appliance company.

Farrah specializes in the older multi-family housing stock common across Newark and Elizabeth, where original 1950s gas lines meet modern appliances.
